I am originally from Northwest Iowa, but spent the majority of my adult life in the Omaha, Nebraska area. Before moving to the Lake of the Ozarks and becoming a Realtor, I was the owner/president of "Something Extra", a retail business, specializing in ladies accessories, with multiple locations in Nebraska, Iowa, and Lake of the Ozarks.

I have serviced the Lake of the Ozarks area for over 15 years. I was recently awarded with the RE/MAX Platinum Club Award. I attribute my success in the Real Estate industry to my tireless dedication to making sure you, my customer, are always 100% satisfied. I will not hesitate to go out of my way to make a sale for you, or to get you the right price on your dream home. You and your family are my number one concern as a realtor. Code of Ethics

The Code establishes time-honored and baseline principles that come from the collective experiences of REALTORS® since the Code of Ethics was first established in 1913. Those principles can be loosely defined as:

Loyalty to clients;

Fiduciary (legal) duty to clients;

Cooperation with competitors;

Truthfulness in statements and advertising;

and non-interference in exclusive relationships that other REALTORS® have with their clients.


To earn a designation, a REALTOR® a real estate agent has taken coursework and demonstrated specific skills, performance and knowledge in a particular area of the real estate industry.
